Absolute Shit

Well, by the title of this post it is quite obvious that I am mad, correction infuriated. I have the plot of my first novel all planned out, it only took nine years, but I have conjured up what I believe will be an interesting look at a coming of age story. So I was reading this afternoon, my dear friend has been hounding me to start this series and I finally did, and low and behold there it was in someone Else's book, my story line. Okay I am probably being a little dramatic, it was not the entire story line, just the background of the main character.

What does this mean??????

Basically, it means that I now have to go back through all of my rigorous pre-writing and rewrite the background of my main character. The reason this is such a monumental problem is that the entire first half of my book was planned around this background and the character figuring out her past directly correlates with her present and future. I am, to say the very least pissed. Any who..... Goodnight cyber world. May your dreams be entertaining and full of great stories.


A quick side note, I am not trying to imply in ANY way that this writter stole my story, that would be impossible since I have yet to reveal my storyline. I guess great minds just think alike.

Where do I go From Here?

Hello, cyber-world. I have the strange notion the this is never gong to reach anyone except the few Friends and family members I break down and tell. But what the heck, everyone needs a window of expression even if it is a window with no view.

So here it goes.....

I am an aspiring writer, fiction writer that is. I guess the difference rests solely in that one person writes for purpose and calls himself a writer, the other creature doesn't really write per say; they more or less scribble pictures into words, probably to ease their overwhelming imaginations. Anyway, I guess what I am is an aspiring FICTION writer.
